Grumble about Silly Company I

Check out where my attitude now at this time of the month of the year.
Today is officially my 2 years working here and I am not proud about it.
Let me summarise.
Year 2004 - Year 2005
When I first started, I was eager and happy to work in a company at Raffles Place somemore on a full-time basis. Little that I knew that I couldn't claim my overtime under the management of the young boss.
There were 5 of us then. We clicked very well. We were all confirmed after 7 or 8 months of working there and we did get our backpay + increment.
It was very stress for me as I handled the administrative job alone and there was so much to do. Yet, after my dedication, I was still badly framed by one of the colleagues who blamed me for not helping HER out with the database for an event.
I guessed things got worst when the young boss bias-ness was showcased upon us. He prefered to entertain or take concern on HER more than us.
By year 2006, one by one decided to leave the company. First left to pursue her Mandarin course in Beijing. Second left with a promising job, money and a MSN-communicator boss. Third left without a job. Now left 2 of us, including me.
One of the big reason is still the unpaid commission over 2 years. Those who leave the company weren't sure whether they would get their commission money. Those who are still around, are even unsure of the future.
My claims will always be circled. Especially the medical fee and hp bills. My leave form again being circled because I ticked 'childcare leave'. I am furious with the company benefit. It sucks big time.
Whatever we do, isn't enough for them. Did I mention... we have to do odds job? Like delivery, mailing, be the ones planning for events, servicing and sometimes kena call back to work on weekend. Irritating!
Oh I did mention a new shop where we took turn to work on Sunday. I heard their salary are higher than what the old staffs get when working here. Best of all, we all haven't get any increment yet. Is that fair?
To say the company has no money, silly. They are driving Lamborghini, Porsche, Lotus, Mercs, Jaguar and BMW. They even going to open another cafe soon. So where and when will we get our commission money?
Now even worst. We (the other admin who took over my admin job while I was on M-leave) have to be receptionist cum information center girls. What's the use of the main office recept? Why want to make us recept?
Many times I voiced my unhappiness that recept is not part of my jobscope. I am so unhappy with the whole situation.
So now I slack go to work and even slacker at doing my work. I will take my sweet time to arrive. I will go home on time. I will be more calculative. That's my right.
I don't care anymore. Everyday this company sure kena curse by me. I hate it here more.
I hope I'd be next to leave this stupid silly bully company. Either with a better promising job or without. At least it will put back a smile on me.
