they said

there's a new colleaque in the office. he seems nice though i don't really bother him much. we were as usual gathered around each other and talking about the company.

we are moving to a new building.

anyway, he was saying "when i started working at this xxx company, on the first day, they have set up the computer, the namecards, security company card and stationary for me to use. here, i don't even have a telephone line with the telephone itself."

how true.

now, we are restricted in many levels. no more file sharing, limited internet access, outdated computers... its terrible.

speaking of efficiency and effectiveness.

i don't see that for almost two years, working here.

my boss kept asking "so what do you think about p/r/o/o/f/ now?"

I told him "what do you mean? Everything seems the same lah."

weird.

i wanted so badly to question him about my commission.

but i heard they are still deciding. sigh. just a few hundreds extra also takes a long time to consider.

no overtime pay, no more handphone claims. terrible terrible.

if i'm the boss (cheydewah) i'd do much more to this business. make it fun and aware to others people. the brand we are carrying is very old and only the rich can afford it. i wanted to say rich and famous like probably singapore artists but none came ley. Only Z/o/e T/a/y did drop by last year.

i'd brand the name in a better way and by using better technology.

hah. i'd even send the staffs for proper training. we don't have training here. i miss going for courses on how to handle customers like i used to when working at the bank.

but i am only the PA/admin/salesperson/ soon -> PR/advertising ... sigh. so many titles so confusing yet the pay remains. so sad.

we are tolerating for now. but as the other colleague said "what comes around goes around". reference to our commission not being paid yet and yes, we have cursed this company many many many times.
