been on a stroll
school was over two weeks ago. i got myself busy with work, readings and some events. been reading 'rich dad, poor dad' and 'shopaholic & sister'. been dining once with charles and my family. one thing for sure, been too lazy to be online and update the blog.
but i didn't regret it. at some point of time, we just walk away from things we so used to do. and i am thinking of resigning from being a bank teller within this two months. however, i am petty about my next job, so i take my sweet time to choose.
nothing beats more than to be away from the virtual world. and that's you, blog. i miss it often but needs the space. the only reason i am writing now is i miss writing.
the news around the world n in homeland isn't a blessing. stupid gunmen in russia holding kids as hostages, beheading normal people in iraq, Singaporeans found dead hitting the mrt trains and etc. Gosh. aren't adults dumb? who on earth would fall into the train tracks? and funny, those 224 cases are mostly adults, not below 12 years old kids.
i am also piss with newspaper headlines. what is with the government? slashing 8,100 jobs? don't they even think of new graduates coming out every quarter of the year at every corner of the 647km landmark? the hopes crash. i've been there and my hope has been crashed and crushed.
and the baby booming plus getting people to marry? listen peeps. i am getting married next year and i am burning financially. it is difficult enough to save for a proper simple wedding ceremony, yes i can do with a simple one. but buying a house is different. why is it so expensive to own a house for newlyweds? since buying a house is such a burden to the young adults, why bother getting married? why bother having babies when we can't afford a decent place to live. we can't just squeeze in a small square room forever.
i am literally getting sick. and the cpf? we work hard for it. and yes dear, you can't take it out even when you are over 55 years old, coz the money will go into the house you been paying off for the past 30 years. Gosh this is so irritating.
ok now i am getting dizzy. on a lighter note, i am pleased on hearing of datuk anwar being a free man once again. i believe he's innocent. only ALLAH knows.
